For the Volkswagen plant in Kassel, one of the group’s largest production complexes, control software was developed for a highly automated production line based on the Siemens S7-1500 PLC platform.

The project was carried out in cooperation with Steam 92, a long-standing Volkswagen partner, within whose project team the automation software was developed. Such projects demand a high level of reliability and compliance with strict automotive manufacturing standards.
